Q1. What is the MOQ if I want to order from your factory?

Answer: The MOQ is 4 PCS together of all models and if you want to order a sample to test and check,we can accept 1 sample order.

Q2. What is the delivery time?

Answer: If the order qty is under 100 pcs,we can send out the goods once we receive the payment;If the order qty is above 100 pcs,we can negotiate the delivery date according to the qty situation.

Q3. What kind of payment do you accept? Do you accept paypal?

Answer: We can accept TT,bank transfer and Western Union but we do not accept paypal.

Q4. What should I do if I meet some problems with my car DVD player?

Answer: Once you have any questions of your DVD player meets any problems,pls feel free to contact our sales representative Charles and Ms Lisa.They will try to help you solve your problems with the help of our engineers.

Q5. What is the warranty?

Answer: We are responsiable for replacing a new unit and reparing within 1 year if there is any faults of our units.Meanwhile,if the problems are small and you can solve it,then we can provide you some technique service.
